Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Electro/Mechanical Assembler to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for assembling complex electro/mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for precision and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all products meet high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities

• Assembling electro/mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Testing and inspecting assembled products for quality and functionality.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
• Collaborating with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Heavy cable harness assembly experience. 75+ cables.
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assisting with inventory management and parts organization.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electro/mechanical assembly is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details

This position offers a competitive salary with a maximum pay of $35 per hour and a minimum pay of $28 per hour. Candidates who are dedicated to quality and have a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
