Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer with an active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and strong experience in land development and infrastructure design . This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining close client relationships.

You will serve as a technical lead , ensuring project quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects related to land development, transportation, and drainage
• Oversee technical design and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Mentor and supervise engineers-in-training and technical staff
• Assist with project scoping, scheduling, and complexity assessment
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and quality expectations
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to team collaboration and long-term growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• 6+ years of civil design experience in land development or related infrastructure projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
