Lennar Mortgage’s Marketing Department is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to play a key role in supporting and elevating our marketing efforts. This position requires a proactive self-starter who brings professionalism, reliability, and leadership to everything they do. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects while providing valuable support to the Marketing Department through a variety of responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

• Reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the Marketing Department and counterparts in other functional areas.
• Responsible for leading, planning and executing various ongoing marketing initiatives to support the Company
• Work closely with Graphic Designer(s) to craft a variety of content types - email campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, social media, and more
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
• Own marketing data analyses (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
• Assist with regulatory audits as directed by Compliance/Legal department

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MacOS, marketing computer software and online applications (Trello, Stripo, Canva, CRM tools, Sprinklr, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Suite preferred
• Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
