About the Role: EverPass Media is seeking a strategic and highly organized
Marketing Manager, Sports Programming to lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives tied to EverPass\' premium sports packages. You will manage the centralized sports marketing calendar, spotlight key content across platforms, digital channels, and customer communications — ensuring events receive the right focus to drive tune-in, engagement, and subscription growth.
What You\'ll Work On: - Lead the Weekly Sports Programming Calendar: Own centralized planning and prioritization of live events for promotion across EverPass platforms and marketing channels.
- Campaign Planning & Prioritization: Develop marketing strategies that elevate key sports moments across homepage placements, email, in-app messaging, and paid media.
- In-Platform Experience: Collaborate with Product to guide in-platform programming prioritization, metadata/tagging strategies, and event highlights.
- Cross-Channel Execution: Partner with creative teams to build tune-in campaigns that drive viewership and tie to acquisition & retention goals.
- Sales Enablement: Own and evolve sales tools tied to premium sports packages—ensuring messaging and materials are clear, effective, and adapted by vertical.
- Tailored Messaging by Vertical: Adjust campaign strategies and content for specific commercial segments to maximize resonance and relevance.
- Performance Measurement: Define and report on key success metrics—including campaign engagement rates, subscription uptick tied to promotions, and in-platform click-throughs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements: What We\'re Looking For: - 5+ years of experience in marketing, content programming, or campaign management—ideally in sports, sports media, streaming, or entertainment.
- A strong passion for and understanding of live sports and the sports media ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage content calendars and lead multi-channel campaigns tied to live events.
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and tailoring messaging by business vertical.
- Familiarity with streaming scheduling, metadata tagging, and content prioritization frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional skills, particularly in working with Product and Growth teams.
- Data-driven with experience reporting on engagement, conversion, and tune-in performance.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and project management tools.
