Driver Job Duties and Expectations

Our Commissary Kitchen prepares almost all the ingredients used for pizzas and salads at the Ian's Pizza restaurant locations. Your job will be to load up the company van and deliver prepped food items to the Ian's Pizza locations in Madison and Milwaukee. When you are at the store locations, you'll collect used pans to return to the Lab. Cleanliness is important, so you're in charge of making sure the van and delivery tubs are squeaky clean!

Driver Job Requirements

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods. Able to walk up and down stairs while carrying large, heavy objects.
• Able to bend, crouch, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. This is a physical job!
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Must pass driver eligibility check and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide adequate identification documentation at Orientation and/or Day One. For more information, you can visit -9.

Driver Scheduling

Our products need to arrive at our store locations at non-peak time, so our drivers start their day bright and early. The required shifts are 7am-5pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Additional shifts are scheduled as needed/desired.

Part-time (anywhere in the 20-30 hours a week range) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) is available. We'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule every week. For full-timers though, we'll make sure you average 30-40 hours each week to ensure your health and dental benefits eligibility.
