Requirements

8 years of CNC Machinist experience


OR

Machine Tool Technology trade school degree or certificate , and 3 years of CNC Machining work experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operating a large, 3-axis Mill with an indexable head
• Working with a wide variety of steel and some aluminum
• Achieving tolerances from +/- .005 to +/- .0002.
• Operate in a custom ‘job shop’ environment with an occasional run of very small quantity
• Creating and editing programs at the controls
• Machining materials to customer’s specifications with a provided program.
• Complete and pass a Machinist Aptitude and Math test
